This is the second time we have used Jim for a home inspection/radon detection. The first house we had under contract fell through, so we used him again on our current house under contract. I have to say both times we were EXTREMELY satisfied with his services. Jim is very professional and knows the in's and out's of all aspects of home inspection. His construction and plumbing background is a HUGE plus and very reassuring.
I just want to say thank you again for your report. It was fantastic. Above and beyond expectations. Our attorney said it was the most thorough inspection report he has ever seen. You will certainly have our business on the next house (we passed on Deerfield) and our referrals to anyone who might ask us if we know a good inspector.
Without blinking, Jim came through for us in a pinch. He came to our condo and assessed our master bathroom situation. His schedule was pretty tight at the time (doesn't seem to shock me!) but within minutes he was on the phone calling the people he trusted to come in and complete the job for us. Considering the time window we had and scope of the project at hand, I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. With confidence, I can say "I gotta guy for that" with Jim.
